Ciccone Hakaraia-Turner
Venture Analyst

Ciccone is a venture analyst intern at AUT Ventures, supporting the commercialisation of early-stage research and innovation through market research, venture evaluation and strategic analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business and Strategy from AUT, and is currently completing honours in the same discipline.

Drawing on her background in Te Ao Māori, business strategy, international business and marketing, Ciccone supports research-led teams by conducting market analysis and translating market research into practical pathways for impact. As an aspiring entrepreneur herself with experience across strategic consulting, she brings a people-centred approach to early-stage innovation.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, she enjoys helping people validate their ideas, understand market needs and create solutions that deliver meaningful value for communities, industries and Aotearoa.
