Fiona is the Venture Navigator at AUT Ventures, helping AUT students and emerging entrepreneurs explore business opportunities and navigate the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey. She connects aspiring founders with the right people and resources, providing practical guidance to help turn ideas into viable ventures.

With a background spanning marketing, operations, and early-stage commercialisation, Fiona brings a people-centred and analytical perspective to venture development. Her experience includes market analysis and commercial opportunity assessment across a range of early-stage innovation projects. She holds a Master of Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.

Fiona believes meaningful innovation begins with understanding people and the problems worth solving. She is passionate about making entrepreneurship more accessible, building genuine connections, and helping promising ideas find their way into the real world.
