Navyatha Rai is a Venture Analyst at AUT Ventures, where she supports the commercialisation of early-stage innovations through research, market analysis, and strategic evaluation. She holds a Master of Engineering Project Management from Auckland University of Technology and a background in Computer Science Engineering.

Her professional experience spans New Zealand, India, and the UAE, with a focus on analytics, business development, and project coordination. In New Zealand, she worked on an analytics project with Windcave, gaining hands-on experience in data-driven insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making. She is interested in the intersection of technology, strategy, innovation and is driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to purpose-led ventures.
