Rohini Sharma
Venture Analyst

Rohini is passionate about turning research into real-world impact. As a Venture Analyst at AUT Ventures, she supports the commercialisation team in identifying, appraising, and developing new ventures across a wide range of industries and technologies - from healthcare and engineering to software and design.

Rohini brings a strong research and analytical foundation to the role, having worked as a Research Assistant on an Auckland Transport project. She is currently completing her Master's in Analytics, which informs her approach to market research, market analysis and validation for early-stage commercialisation, and data-driven decision-making.

Rohini is enthusiastic about the New Zealand innovation ecosystem and enjoys connecting with academics, entrepreneurs, and industry partners to help bring bold ideas to life.
