Shin Park
Venture Manager

Shin specialises in founder-led, early-stage sales with experience spanning new market development, go-to-market strategy and startup support.

She has worked across deep tech startup environments leading initiatives focused on unlocking new markets and building scalable ventures.

Shin now works with researchers to commercialise opportunities emerging from AUT’s research pipeline. She is driven to build ventures that deliver both commercial value and meaningful cultural and societal impact, with a particular interest in deep tech, health, wearables, and bioengineering.

Shin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and a Master’s degree in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Auckland.
