The Challenge

Long term use of antihistamines, decongestants, and steroids to manage nasal congestion can result in other health issues and side effects, including rebound congestion. Furthermore, the use of nasal irrigation systems may be perceived as inconvenient and unpleasant.

The Solution

Goodair NosebudsTM create a gentle hum that stimulates the airways, naturally clearing congestion and offering a drug-free solution for hay fever or infections. Clinical trials have demonstrated that just 10 minutes of daily use can restore nasal breathing, with enhanced benefits over time. By assisting with the transition from mouth breathing to nasal breathing, Goodair NosebudsTM facilitate optimal breathing patterns that enhance overall health and well-being. Correct breathing practices have been shown to improve oxygen retention, while also assisting in the eradication of inhaled pathogens, the reduction of chronic sinusitis and the promotion of deeper sleep. Furthermore, enhanced breathing techniques can assist in reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, and improving mental clarity.

Our Contribution

Goodair was successfully spun-out of AUT Ventures after taking the project through our discover, explore, and develop commercialisation process, with the support of KiwiNet. The products are launching in 2025. If you’re interested in supporting Goodair as they continue their start-up journey, please contact Goodair directly.
